Returns & Refunds

Every piece in my shop is made by hand, with lots of time, care, and a little bit of my heart. From tiny micro-embroidered pieces to mixed-media artwork, pins, pendants, and other small creations, each item is unique and often impossible to recreate exactly.

Because of this, all sales are final. I do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

I want you to feel happy and confident about your purchase, so please take a moment to look through all photos, read the description, and check measurements and materials before ordering. If you have any questions at all, please reach out to me before purchasing, I’m always happy to help!

If Your Order Arrives Damaged

I carefully package every piece before it makes its way to you. If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery and send me a few photos of the damaged item, along with photos of the packaging it arrived in.

I will take a look and do my best to make things right.
